Valve are too lazy, youll probably get weapons just like with every other update, finding, trading, or crafting.

No it isn't. There's at least 5 different sets, all for different classes. One of which is Medic. (Although he'll probably get two, what with the MtD and DDW weapon leaks.) Go look it up in the STS update leak thread.

It seems to be heavily medic themed so I'm assuming it's more focused on the medic.
There are 3 support classes. Each one was born on a day. A week makes up 7 days. 3 times 7 is equal to 21. Meet the medic will be released on a day that is part of a week!
