I don't think Meet the Medic will be released on the 21st, but the big update will probably start on that day. Then, DURING that update (If it's a daily reveal one that spans during the whole week), Meet the Medic will come out kind of like Meet the Spy did on the Sniper VS Spy update

I think it's very definite that it will come out VERY soon. For one (good) reason, for the engineer update, they released a less than 30 second video. With this new medic update, they have covered the entire website with bird poop. Now when they delayed the Engineer Update, the video just got buried under new blog posts, and that was that, but this time, if they just progress normally, I think people will notice. Plus this isn't the first hint we've seen. We have seen the numerous screens of Medic on 'Meet the Director's last page, and motionless doves placed randomly across 21 maps. Need I say more?

Number 21 still doesn't mean anything. And there's almost a week left until July, so it's quite possible it's not coming out this week.

I think the less we could get the 21st would be a new clue revealing more of Meet the Medic and the new update, either in the form of a blog post, a new TF2 update with undocumented additions (new dove actions, for example) or something similar to that
I honestly think it'll come this week because I doubt they'd leave the blog like that with the birds for such an extended period of time after that.

What makes you so sure? After all, this is Valve we're talking about, the masterminds behind the PotatoFoolsDay ARG, if the doves are only in 21 maps, it's got to mean something. And don't even bother saying they put them in 21 maps by some coincidence, they wouldn't put the doves in both cp_well and ctf_well but not ctf_sawmill as well as koth_sawmill without some ulterior motive. Face it, 21's gotta mean something.
