I think it'd be more funny if they just released it on the "Meet the Team" videos page without any announcement or mention of it whatsoever.
Then, 3 months after Valve put it on there, someone randomly decided to check out all the Meet the Team videos and to his surprise Meet the Medic is on there. He either a) goes fucking apeshit and tells everyone about it, or b) ignores it altogether, thinking he's seeing things.
This would be fucking hilarious.
