I wonder how Dennis Bateman felt about being called just to say "kill me"
He also did that new Pyro laugh for the new taunt, I assume
That new laugh is awful

What's so bad about it? I think it's OK, at least they did take the effort of recording something new, instead of remixing voiceclips (Engineer's taunt's laugh is two existing laugh clips mixed together, for example)

Aw... TITS, I'm late...
Did Pyro just sneeze?
Pyro has multiple new laugh lines in the Positive vocal command, FYI, but only that one is used for the taunt.

At least i've never heard the others before, either.
I don't know it sounds like pyro, but little clearer because he/she is being louder than usual.
The Pyro hasn't gotten any new lines since release, of course it's going to sound strange to you.

Remember "Poker Night at the Inventory" and how Heavy's lines sounded a bit strange there? It's more or less the same thing here
There are loads of factors that affect the voice recording, like, did the VA get enough sleep? Did they get enough water? Did they warm their voice up? etc.

Plus, in TF2, the Heavy is yelling everything he says, but he's talking calmly in Poker Night.
That could make a difference too.
The only thing I hear is that Pyro sounds slightly more like the Spy, which isn't a surprise, both characters have the same VA.
The irony is that they're nemesis in game.

It's more or less Sniper vs. Spy, like the update, rather than Pyro vs. Spy.
Is there any new lines for medic since I do not hear any of them?

Not that I know of, unfortunately.
There certainly aren't ENOUGH new lines if they did add anything. They should've gotten Robert Atkin Downes to do some more lines when they had him in the recording booth for Meet the Medic.
Remember "Poker Night at the Inventory" and how Heavy's lines sounded a bit strange there? I remember there were people here who thought the Engineer got a new voice actor in his update.
We're all used to hearing a few clips but when the character gets additional lines for the first time in years it will take a while before it sounds right to us.

It was just because the filtering for his new lines made the lines EXTREMELY LOUD and calm at the same time.
