I was kicking ass in it back there, but now I'm too busy studying, you know, exams and shit, so now I prefer more casual and support classes like medic and engi. They're more fun to play actually, and you make good relationships fast. Medics can turn around the whole round gameplay, you know.

I used to suck. I still suck more than a lot of people, but now I'm able to get at least 60 points each round (but only about 10 points in a single life).

If playing with shit people (the average 24/7 2fort server), I am good and can get around 30 points in a round. If I'm playing with good people (facepunch server on a Saturday night) I suck. I sucked for like my first 50 hours, then I started to get an even K/D ratio Now I go between positive and negative depending on the enemy team.

[editline]03:26PM[/editline] It's a shame, I wantto practice being a DR Spy more, but every game I join already has too many, forcing me to be a class I need to be, like Medic or Pyro. Also, if you suck at combat, follow the Medic suggestion as above, but how about staying as Medic? That's what I did, and Medic is my main class. You can do an alright job out the gate as Medic, but being a great Medic is an incredibly challenging job, and one of the most rewarding things in the game. Trust me, it's harder than it seems.

As a spy, i cloak and disguise at the right moments, in the right places. Then i get out of the hallway and bump straight into an ammo-wasting pyro, or a very spy-afraid engie.

I used to be good at TF2, then I reset my stats and quit.

Low pop servers. Use them. Since you're not constantly inundated with fucking scouts and fucking pyros and spawn camping demos you can practice your skills in a less frantic environment.

Learn to put out burning teammates. Shotgun is handy for fighting enemy pyros but flaregun gives you range and can be used to kill retreating enemies. (also it pisses people off. added bonus) I personally use the default axe because I accidently junked my axtinguisher, But I'd use the axtinguisher if I had it.
