Pretty much this. It's like adding a third swirl to the Yin Yang symbol. Just won't happen.
Adding all these would ruin the game for me
but still fun to think about
The Guard Dogs were a awesome idea. I wonder why Valve did not like it.
You try to create a brand new class from scratch while dodging animal abuse claims from PeTA and like groups. It's a touchy thing for more reasons than just gameplay.

Or a fourth choice for rock, paper, scissors.
Engi needs a shotgun that has 100% crit chance from behind at point blank.
Also engi needs a new mechanical arm with the same +25hp, only with a flying minisentry.
At this point the likeliest way guard dog would ever get in is as Cyborg Boss.

So, an upgraded frontier justice and a gunslinger. Neat idea, it's not like Engineer's battle engie set isn't balanced enough.
Impressive. I like the first ones. They just fire bullets and missles, that's really all I'd want for a sentry.
The other concepts are really cool, like the recycler, but it would be a bit ridiculous in-game.
Most of these sound pretty far fetched.
And I see lots of English errors, which definitely reduces the feeling of authenticity to me.
(I'm saying that this is really cool but the English errors make it an obvious fake)

Are you sure? Did you forget the Sniper Rilfe?

Well of course it's fake, no one said it's real

I still have it saved. And it will be saved forever.

I really like the idea of a sentry that throws saw blades. :D That's an EPIC idea.

Frontier justice is a piece of shit imo.
And tell me the last time you were ambushing enemies as a Gunslinger engi, bypassing to get behind them? I can tell you from my experience that I could use some element of surprise when I ambush without my mini-sentry being around. (It would work like Spy, except you can't go invisible nor disguise)
And as for balancing issues for flying mini-sentry vs combat mini-sentry; You could add self-regenerating health for the combat mini-sentry when idle.

There's so much left undone in TF2 but everyone's just happy with new promos and less interesting new weapons that don't do dick.
valve will never give engi a submitted weapon that isn't a wrench/shotgun

key word: SUBMITTED
A tenth class sounds like it'd pretty much break TF2, and the ideal of having 9 balanced classes Team Fortress was originally based on.
Additionally, more and more new weapons would have to be designed for this class. And hats. It would be an utter mess. Especially since it's just a dog without much of a personality or character.
Engineer needs a robot dog that follows him around.
+gives ammo and health and has a turret in his back(turret does the same damage as a mini-sentry).
-replaces dispenser and sentry and can't be upgraded or repaired.
Maybe not a dog but a drone.
Please tell me I'm not the only one who absolutely despises this guy's work? It's always over the top and looks ridiculous. I thought that about the guard dog, the previous engie set he made and now this. None of it ever looks like it would fit anywhere in the game.
Putting some input on this, taunting with the weapon could be what unleashes the helisentry, basically it is a weak pistol sentry made of part of the robotic hand that keeps itself aloft with the player's ring finger and pinky finger.
When you have the helisentry out you could lose the health buff or do less damage because you only have two fingers (V:v:V) or some other effect, when you right click with the helisentry out you call it back to you, if it's destroyed you would have to run to a resupply or maybe just an ammo box if they're weak enough.
Alternatively you could point where you want it to go with right click where it will just hover and taunting again would call it back.
I made this post at quarter to 4 in the morning sorry if my grammar's off.
All those sentries look like shit. They would break style even more than the hats.
Very unfitting sentry guns. I never saw a good and fitting sentry gun model but in the other hand the wrench and the Overloader looks very cool.
I like the overloader.
Close to OP but it takes the Engineer back to his teamwork roots. I'm not really feeling the sentries however.
I just want a dispenser that heals faster the better your team is doing.

I dislike most of his work as well.
He seems to be very talented on one hand, and on the other has no idea how to make things fit tf2.
A little bit of refinement and composure in his work flow would do miracles.
I'd like a sentry that takes around 2x longer to build even with wrenching it, but does 2x damage. And it can't be upgraded. And it should act like a sniper rifle, have longer range with it but takes away fully automatic fire.
Engineer PDA slot for separate buildings :v:
And like a dispenser that doesn't give health, but pounds the ground every 30 or so seconds, which does like 10 damage and uncloaks spies.
And a combat shotgun that does more damage, holds more shells, but takes up your secondary slot along with your primary slot.
Oh come on, listen to yourselves.
"None of this guy's work is fitting"
So some slightly futuristic/excessive sentries have no place in a game that differs completely from its original artstyle with all the unlocks. You're saying that all these sentries don't have a place in a game that has; pink and lime paint, max heads, suns on sticks, traffic cone hats, unusuals, earbuds, white ponytails, socks that can be painted said pink and lime paints, Japanese style hats and weapons, mobster weapons for a Russian heavy, or Arabian weapons for an Australian, but suddenly you draw the line at some excessive looking sentries.
He does a better job at the artstyle than Valve does.
Y'may not speak English that well, but son, you're more of a Texan than every American on this website combined.
Keep up the good work, it's always a blast seeing these.
I'd like a wrench that gets 25% more metal from ammo packs and stuff, and a dispenser that reduces damage taken while being healed by it but with a slower metal generation.
Way too many sentries. Some ideas are neat, like the Overloader.
