the engineer = sexy genius
cowboy = [RUFF]sexy[RYDAS]
This was started mainly by the L4D cereal box, that just said 10 models to collect. It was the Sandvich.
This game needs no more classes.

No clue. They OBVIOUSLY can't see that Pirates are SO much better.
:v:
HP - 225 (Because Pirates are rough 'n tough like that)
Speed - 100% (Normal)
Other - Can push back enemy carts and recieve health / ammo from enemy dispensers (Booty, yarr)
Weapons:
Cutlass - Does 25-40 damage per hit (70-80 crit) with a moderately fast attack speed (3/4 Scout Bat speed). Moderate crit chance
Flintlock Pistol - Pirates ALWAYS have Flintlock pistols, and lots of them. Unfortunately for our Pirate, the Spy stole all but one.
Single shot pistol with high damage and moderate reload speed. 90-110 damage (130-150 crit). Reload speed of a Scout's FAN (muzzle load)
Cannon - Yes. That's right. You heard it. A cannon. Pirates aren't pirates without cannons. This pirate lugs around a blackpowder cannon on his back. Another single shot weapon, used mostly for defense and 'mortar' type weapon. Explodes on impact with anything. Also good for taking out sentry nests at long range.
Damage (splash): 150-170 (300-310 crit) direct hit
90-120 (140-180 crit) splash
Reload speed: 1.5x Scout's regular scattergun. Forces player to stand still while it's reloading (Gotta set the cannon down, mate)
:D
Take the officer, make him the announcer. YES. Fits better, really.

Where did the Pirate get a Katana? Katana's are for Ninjas and Samurai.

Sorry. I thought I erased that. It's just supposed to say Cutlass. My bad.
civilian. it is a class in fortress forever right now. (A TF2 mod)
I'm voting cowboy.
civilian. it is a class in fortress forever right now. (A TF2 mod)
its in TFC too
Tenth class is the Sandvich.
Civilian.
Valve cannot introduce a 10th combat class to be honest, theres not a lot more originality you can pack into the characters character.
It's more than likely the Civilian.
Why is the civilian a class? A pyro can be a civilian, a soldier can be a civilian, a scout can be a civilian.
I say the jarate master.
Why is the civilian a class? A pyro can be a civilian, a soldier can be a civilian, a scout can be a civilian.
In TFC, they had a game mode in which one player was a civilian, one team protected the civilian and one team has to assisnate it, there isn't a specific model for the civilian so any model can play as the civilian.
I always liked CounterStrike's version of hunted more. I loved playing on ES maps.
Pirate, damnit!
If they add it, it's probably gonna be something to counter the Pyro, because right now it's too easy to be good at it. Even with the close range weapons.
Watergun man?
Solud Snaek amirite?
Why is the civilian a class? A pyro can be a civilian, a soldier can be a civilian, a scout can be a civilian.
You forgot the obvious heavy civilian.
Also, some guy made a video for a tenth class- the aeronaut. He flies around and shoots stuff. With a jetpack.
That was fan made, it's not a real class. He just put a shitload of work into it.
PIRATE. DAMN. IT.
PIRATE
Well, it's in the 60's, I don't think we need a pirate. It's not a goddamn story book.
A good idea could be a don, who leads them, but I'm not sure, since it's competition between building companies, not gang wars.

Gee, way to bump a thread from over a month ago.
I still don't get why people are coming up with all these new class ideas. They referenced the civilian from TFC in Meet the Sniper, they've been working on developing a civilian since (at least) the release of the game, and someone found the rules on how to play the Hunted gamemode in the German game files or something. That totally points to the new class being a don.
Maybe they'll add cars in so that the engineer, scout, and sniper can go on drive-by's when they win a round. [/sarcasm]
It's going to be the Civilian, if anything. God, you're all idiots. He was in TFC, he was the tenth class. He fits in perfectly with the 60's theme with that suit he's wearing in TFC.
Why is the civilian a class? A pyro can be a civilian, a soldier can be a civilian, a scout can be a civilian.
The REAL civilian class had nothing but a folded up umbrella. He was for special gamemodes, meaning you couldn't play him on 2fort or something. He was mostly in The Hunted, which was where Red team had to escort one Civilian (Blue), and the Yellow team had to try to assassinate him.
It was already implemented. The briefcase.

Secondary - Nunchuks - 75 dmg - 100 crit - M2 does a double swing
Fists - Same as Heavy's fist
Same speed as Scout
