Hmm I could try asking the creator to remake the server since so many people want it. He was running it from a home server so it's not like money was a problem.

Well I spoke to the guy who made the server and he said he'll remake it if a lot of people play it. He also said he'll make it pretty much anyway we want, not sure if he can support custom maps though. It'll most likely be the same as before but with sv_pure 0 and maybe some extra plugins and a few good custom maps. Any other ideas?
Yes. On the FP server there's a plugin that lets you wear hats for any class. Get that.

Maybe, a plug-in like rtd where you have a 1 in 20 chance to become the moose and then you get cool bonuses for a short time.
Someone get a custom map made, so that if you get humiliated, or did something wrong, they can take you to....

Sounds like the jail in surf. I was thinking of making a payload map with moose instead of payloads, but I'm usually too lazy to map.

We do that when there's like 4 people playing and we're bored. RTD is there permenantly and I don't want people running around going HURR ALL CRITS HURR INVISIBLITY.
