Then they see the Heavy, one of the supposed bad classes, get a buff to make so that he counters a pro-class quite well, the scout. Then pub players see the pros ban weapons for said heavy just so they can back to having their precious scouts not have a reliable counter.

That is indeed a major issue, people commenting without knowing what's actually going on. That we only use Soldier/Scout/Demo/Medic is a myth, as I said earlier. Yet you try and explain that to the majority of people who think it's true. Most of them are dead set in the mindset that we only ever use those classes and flatout refuse to accept that we use them all when appropriate.

Perhaps that's their issues for attacking the Heavy alone then.
Natasha runs out of ammo crazy fast, so just distract the Heavy long enough and he'll be forced to retreat.

Doesn't happen. We keep a close eye on how much ammo we have left, and very rarely enter a fight long enough to run out of ammo.
Natascha isn't under- or over-powered, just really fucking annoying and was a horrible idea from the beginning.
How about they bring back Ludamila instead?
Primary fire: Standard minigun attack but with 45% less damage done.
Secondary Fire: 65% less damage done, On Hit: +2 health, 25% slower firing rate.

A myth that's hard to prove wrong when you have matches like, say, the i40 LAN Finals two days ago. Where both Epsilon and Dignitas went with '2Scout, 2Solly, Medic, Demo' for 95% of the match. (On a side note: Props to the one dude who actually went Spy for a few minutes)
Until Pyro, Heavy, and Engie see more regular use in Pro play. Having weapons banned from them is just really fucking hard to justify in the eyes of pub players.

1 match isn't indicative of all matches. Yes they don't pop up all match every match, but they are certainly used. I was also quite surprised at the fact Sniper wasn't used.
