Unless I can somehow get Bill's Hat or a Golden Wrench from trading I probably won't use it anyway. We don't even know how it works and what will be trade-able.

I have emailed Robin a long time ago (some months after announce of trading) that are they still working on trading or have they forgotten it.
He replied that they are still working on it, and it will come out at some point.
So if it wouldn't be released, Robin ate his words.

I would prefer trading to not be released, i'd rather have the excitement of trying to GET it.
