You do NOT deserve that Bill's. I at least earned the ones I got, via art or a good friend or a trade. You're offering the dagger but I hear no mention of the hat, so obviously that's more important than the blacklist or anything else.
It's not that I'm missing a dagger; it's the principle of what it was used for.

As I see it, the only thing he did wrong was not telling Behemoth why he needed the Big Earner, and that he didn't plan to actually use it, but trade it off.
I don't really see it as wrong that he traded 2 daggers for a Bill's. It's not like it's official that a Bill is worth 5 keys. It's just viewed as being valued such by the majority, because of it being used as a currency. Earbuds, Bill's and Max Heads is all player made currencies, and were put in place so you can trade for Unusuals while sticking within the 8 trading slots, so you're not FORCED to do any trust trading.
All that being said, some people does not bend down to the community chosen values, so maybe that guy felt 2 daggers was worth much more than a silly cosmetic. Not everyone value hats and promos, mind you.
