I dunno about you, but the Tomislav's firing speed reduce made it pretty useless against multiple targets and on long range. It only needs a slight nerf.

You can probably trade it for another (craftable) hat plus some sweets, if you so desire. You'll be able to craft the hats and get some extra stuff.
