None of my sprays have worked since the Uber update. It just shows nothing in the sprays list and the image is a checkerboard. Lame shit.
Also, on a semi-related note, I thought Cunt Strike Source got updated spray limits the same as TF2? They don't seem to work in that either.

It's possible to counter the Tomislav. It's not like you can't outrun the heavy or anything.

This, it basically has no fucking downside.
Who cares if it deals a little bit less damage? if he gets you at melee-medium range you WILL die, thing that doesn't happen with the spin up time of the rest of miniguns
Ambushing a tomislav heavy is completely pointless as many classes.
I've never had any trouble Heavy vs. Heavy with the normal Minigun vs. the Tomislav.

It's hard to decide whether or not the tomislav is op. It really depends on the situation. Yes, it's extremely helpful at ambushing but if you're a heavy with stock minigun you should be able to outgun him, and if you actually thought about being more careful around corners? I already rev around corners. Even in friendly territory. A tomislav is also like the spy, it relies on bad team work and composure. If your team can't catch the slowest class and least mobile in the game attempting to sneak behind, your team is pretty siht.

I suggest the deploy speed buff gets lowered to 50% and then give it another downside.

About the Tomislav being OP, I'd like to see something like:
+50% faster spin-up time (75% is a bit too much)
This weapon has a more quiet barrel spin sound (No sound seems odd to me)
30% slower firing speed (Instead of 20%)
Tweaked stats that make the gun more fair to play against without rendering it useless. Better?

It still seems odd there's no sound coming from the inside of the still, not spinning barrel, since I assume there's something inside making some kind of noise, I don't think it can be THAT silent

I have no idea how Valve managed to take a perfectly working weapon and bug the mess out of it when releasing it.
It should be a copy and paste job, and somehow Valve botched the Detonator.
- Detonated flares can only light one person on fire at a time
- The negative attribute doesn't even work
- Because of that, no detonator jumping, which was an amazing feature of the weapon.
And I was even more surprised when Valve didn't fix it this patch :/

Multiple weapons don't work, the booties' charge control bonus doesn't apply either, and the +25 max HP in conjunction with the eyelander presents a positive "+0 max HP on wearer" for some odd reason.

I reckon is should keep its deploy speed, but lower the rate of fire and reduce the hp. Keep it as the silent ambush weapon it is.
