Tomislav needs a damage nerf or change it to only shoot one bullet instead of several with each bullet lost in the ammo counter. Because iirc heavy shoots 5 other bullets when he loses 1 in his ammo supply. Making the tomislav shoot one instead of 5 would make it balanced in my opinion. It cuts down on ammo and damage output for the ability of ninja heavy.
As for the whitelist of the demo pack, it makes them almost as OP in medieval as snipers. Snipers are the most OP class in medieval. Huntsman and the shiv make it piss (no pun intended) easy to plow down the opposing team. Demo comes charging at you? Click M1 once without holding it down, either kills him or stops him, letting you shoot him in the head.
Then again medieval was never balanced in the first place. It's fun as shit charging up that middle rock, though.
Bleed/fire weapons do jack shit in medieval. There are little healthpacks everywhere.

I can't count how many times I've died and gotten kills from fire arrows.
One word about the tomislav:
kgb
[editline]28th June 2011[/editline]
The revving time on the normal Minigun is too long to make efficient use of the KGB, so you pretty much had to use the KGB with the shotgun. Now you can just suckerpunch a guy to death and bomb the whole area with crits.
I still prefer Sasha.
I just crafted my tomislav into a capo's capper because I use my sparkly sasha over it
:frogc00l:
Don't rate me dumb Neo, I refuse to use that overpowered piece of shit untill it gets balanced

From what I recall, the Heavy only looses about 67 DPS upclose. And does more damage at Midrange than the Minigun, and with the added speed, it easily outdoes the other Heavy. While the Minigun has raw power, it is easily avoided when you run into it by simply listening for it/running away from it. Tommy heavies can just rip you down if they see you. This thing will get nerfed into oblivion.

That's a bug.
Edit: For those who can't see it, the Soldier is wearing his misc, the Armored Authority and the Jumper's Jeepcap. It's just a bug because he's previewing the entire pack.

Can you reupload that? Tinypic hates me.
Oh, thanks for that patch valve. Now I can't play, trade, or look at my backpack. :bravo:

Me too! :sissies:
Guess I'm lucky, my game runs perfectly and has been for as long as I can remember. Server browser is always full with servers that have >100 ping. My backpack and trading works, and it launches whenever I want it to.
I have no idea how Valve managed to take a perfectly working weapon and bug the mess out of it when releasing it.
It should be a copy and paste job, and somehow Valve botched the Detonator.
- Detonated flares can only light one person on fire at a time
- The negative attribute doesn't even work
- Because of that, no detonator jumping, which was an amazing feature of the weapon.
And I was even more surprised when Valve didn't fix it this patch :/
WAT. I thought my aim just sucked..
Good work Valve. I got the Professor Specs and now my game is crashing thanks for fucking my enjoyable experience.
I just had a x6 crashing spree. Seriously Valve, what the hell.
Wondering when they'll roll out the balance fixes.
The Soda Popper is really god damn OP. It'd be better if the Hype would get filled by dealing damage instead of just walking.
Also the Liberty Launcher, it appears as a upgrade to me, I think it needs a slight downside too. Something like "Projectiles fall after they travelled a specific distance", so that the Liberty isn't a Rocket Launcher anymore but more of a Bazooka. :v:

I think it's a downgrade/sidegrade to the scattergun, but better than the FaN. Liberty launcher does need another downside though. It's too powerful imo.

The lack of a FOURTH rocket seems more than fair to me.
The only problems I have to report is not seeing various weapons and items on people and seeing one guy who was wearing a Team-Colored Aperture Labs Hard Hat on BLU while it was colored red.

The Soda Popper is FUN AS FUCK, I fear they may limit the minicrits to only apply to the Soda Popper itself though, as the pistol is very strong.

I think that the Soda Popper's OP can easily be fixed with one simple change: if you get Hypecrits and you switch weapons? It doesn't work unless you switch back. Cause so far? I've been using it like Critacola without a downside and fucking OWNING.
EDIT:
Not only that, like Neo said I can use it with the Pistol. Double ownage.
WAT. I thought my aim just sucked..
No, I've ignited multiple targets with the same flare, so whoever came up with that is wrong.
The detonation area is tiny though. Comparable to the Direct Hit. So hitting multiple people is pretty much only possible if they're standing inside eachother.
My TF2 keeps crashing whenever I join a server or trade with someone. The worst part is, I was about to trade for a Strange Sticky Launcher, but the game wouldn't stop crashing when I accepted the trade request, so the other person found someone with a better offer. :smith:
By the way, Liberty Launcher isn't bad at all; it's a nice balance between the Direct Hit and the Black Box. It could be a lot fucking worse. Imagine for a moment that the Liberty Launcher got an additional 75% damage on buildings... combine that with the Mantreads or the Concheor?
Engineer is fucked.
I seriously see why the Tomislav has been called OP, there's practically no spin-up time. It was less than half a second, and the 'lowered' damage didn't make much difference. I survived with 6 HP against one from full health as an Engineer, thanks largely due to my sentry, but the fact that I wasn't able to react in the slightest before he had already took a large chunk of my health is ridiculous. They need to lower the damage or spin-up speed a bit, it's crazy powerful.

Should take longer to gather Hype. Seems you can get it super easy, and when you do, you get your pistol out and get your coolface on. LL is...difficult to me. On one hand, a missing rocket is pretty mean to lose. Other hand, it's RL-Plus. One less rocket will become less of a downside if this trend continues.

If they lower damage, no one will use it again as default Miniguns will fuck 'em up. The lowering of the spin-up would be the best course, but then again, I'm not at valve whapping Robin with a rolled up newspaper, shouting 'Bad. Bad Robin.' At least Meet the Medic made up for it.
It my honest opinion I do not see a great problem with the Tomislav, if I play heavy I use the regular minigun and win against Tomislav wielding Heavy's all the time, this is probably because I play Heavy all the time and know what I am doing. I like to suprise people in arena etc, the spin up time of the regular minigun is no problem to me as I usually jump and spin in mid air. Quicker fire speed compared to Tomislav makes it balanced. However, when playing other classes it's not so easy to kill the heavy, close range is a no go so the best choice is projectiles or bullets. I haven't actually used the Tomislav, but I can see I'll be sticking with the regular. That's my opinion anyway.
