Unknown item in my backpack?

I too have some Unknown items.
Interesting this is, I didn't have a single "" item, so it couldn't be that.

Apparently I have 5, I got them all this week.

They must be glitches and not polycount items though, their numbers are too high and there are no repeating numbers afaik

That's the program, and yeah it's likely glitches. Interesting though.

I'm sure that they're glitches. I can close the item manager, open it again and thr unknown items willbe gone.

In my case, they were just regular items I had before.

It's likely something to do with the custom naming of items.
But obviously I'm only speculating. We'll see very soon.
