[IDEA] Crappy Weapons - negative stats for a reason!

I personally think inverted items need some testing immediately for science.

On it, I need to re-edit the file because the last time I did this was in... Around the mann-conomy update.
What if it were just the Positives were cut in half and the Negatives were doubled?
IE: Crappy Backburner
+5% damage
50% Crit chance from behind
+300% Fuel per airblast
They could be easier to find and you could turn them into scrap by combining any 3 crappy items.
I remember when I doubled both positive and negatives attributes... Another failed experiment.
Milkman set
-25 health
oh god
I do not like this idea
I thought items game is not client or server side anymore, and that the file on your computer has no use. When you open tf2 it says "fetched new item schema"

Inverse Candycane
You take less damage from explosives, but enemies drop pills that hurt you.
Probably would be more like drops pills that hurt enemies on your death. :v:
Slowly adding inverted weapons idea to my thread. Will get a pic soon. Also credit to E.C.S. for the idea.

It is, for that reason, the server must have a personal Item server, blocking the Valve one.
Inverse Eviction notice
-50% faster firing speed
+60% damage done
The stats would actually fit the weapon.
Why in Cthulhu's name do you think this is a good idea?

Its like using my strange pain train on CTF or defense.
It pisses people off.
Finished the picture. Anything else I could add for info? And any opinions, thoughts, concerns?
I think the concept of crappy weapons is 'meh'. Could be cool for egotistical show-offs, but frustrating at the same time.
But the inverted weapons, I love the idea. Its interesting to see a change like that. But then again it would also suck for some weapons like the eyelander, mantreads, etc. Great ideas, but in gameplay it could get very messy.
The Crappy Force-a-Nature
Level 10 Piece of Shit
+50% faster firing speed
Knockback on target and shooter
+20% bullets per shot
-10% damage
-60% percent clip size.

And that's why E.C.S. will test them with items_game. :v:

Some attributes weapons can be only editable using sourcemod (because there are attributes which don't have a opposite effect, also I'm Argentinian so I can't enter in the Alliedmodders site to look for some things which I need), so I'm limited using the Valve attributes.

Oh, right. Well, we can do some of them at least.
inverted natascha = wat
I see inverted weapons pretty useful but crappy weapons really have no point. If you want to practice using a weapon then you can surely implement self imposed rules.
Oh god, inverted Direct Hit. Slow-ass rockets that none the less are spammy as hell.
Crappy weapons, meh idea.
Inverted weapons, oh goodie.
Imagine an Eyelander since it has no real positive attributes other than it collects heads, but that's a gameplay mechanic just like backstabbing. So basically, Inverted Headtakers/Eyelanders would give you random critical hits and +25 health. 200 health random critting long-range melee demos away!
Ok, I think that the crappy weapons should be listed as made by the chinese.
The regular ones should be listed as made by the Germans. You know the Germans always make good stuff.
Hey, I like the idea. It's kinda like playing a game that lets you pick if you want a health handicap. I'd use the weapons :v:

Nah, make the German ones turn make everyone hit bleed oil, and explode into toys and confetti, just like in the German version of TF2!
Ill make a website that generates crappy and inverted weapons tomorrow. And maybe an items_game, even though it's useless
Inverted Direct Hit. That'd be awkward.
I like the crappy weapon idea very much, not sure about the inverted one but it will probably grow on me.
So, the crates that contains crap weapons, will they have a bigger chance to contain an Unusual?
Would a crappy medigun suck your health? :psyduck:
I could see myself using crappy weapons when I play with bots, but not in a real match.
