It's not fake. I made a new account and it has TF2 installed and I am playing right now.
Free to play = massive flood of hackers making new accounts to cheat on without worrying about a VAC ban. Rest in peace tf2. Though I guess this wouldn't even be an issue to begin with if VAC wasn't shit. This reminds me of what happened with diablo 2.. an awesome game that got flooded by bots, hacks, and dupes and blizzard just gave up on it. Oh well, enjoying milking TF2 fans through the Mann Co store while you still can, Valve.

I didn't pay 10 bucks for the game, I used my first paycheck to buy TF2 the day it came out, so I paid full price, and now the game is free, not even just $5, it's free.

I'm not getting my money back just because there's been a price drop over the course of one year. You bought tf2 for $20 (or something like that) and now it is $0. you have to use the steam wallet and the minimum amount you can add is 5 dollars if that makes any of you feel better (doubt it will since your complaining is ridiculous)
