I was playing on a saigns server once. I felt badass after getting 50 kills in one life (Didn't know about the premium stuff) but then I realized the entire server was bots. :smithicide:
I'm going to grief on a saigns.de server one day, when I have time to kill.
They're fun to piss about in now and then, but I couldn't play on them on a regular basis.
Only on the trial, mind- no point spending chunks of cash for a novelty that wears off in 15 minutes or less.

Huh, I've only only played on one server like the OP stated. It was a 24/7 Badlands server or something like that, and you could type in !vip or something like that to try it out. I never really used it (because it is stupid as hell), unless other people on the server were using it. I usually won out in the end :v:
I personally play on the Lost Brotherhood servers, they only have Equip Manager for Premium, and your name has [Donor] on it in chat, doesn't bug me much.

I've only seen servers that let you wear whatever hat you want if you donate. Then again, I mostly play on 2F2F and Axl's TF2.
Bot servers are only good for target practise
I have been in that servers,nighteam,just type !premium and try the premium and you get it for some minutes and ruin everybody fun,I never enter in that kind of servers again
I like Alpha Omega servers. No other mods except for HLX but that doesn't really effect gameplay.

I've played plenty of games where RTD hasn't deterred the fun of a regular TF2 game, as a matter of fact, a lot of people enjoyed it because it added a little bit of unpredictability to the game, it can also help break or make a chokepoint (i.e. sentry nests).
I like the UKCS 24/8 Dustbowl server,it's my favorite one.
I was on a random CTF server with benefits, I used the trial and had a double jumping scoutspeeed heavy with infinite ammo and headshot invuln. Got boring fast
I went into one server with this "premium" -shit going on.
Wrote it in the chat when I was a spy and got infinite cloak that made me completely invisible even when colliding with an enemy and it didn't turn off when I shot or backstabbed. Also made me move at the speed of light. And gave me 300 health.
I dicked around for a while then left and learned not to go to saigns.de -servers.
I leave and blacklist, there are plenty out there without cash4hax.
I went to one and abused the trial and people were freaking out because I had like 3 sentries and as many dispensers as I wanted. It was awesome.
When I first visitted a Saigns.de server, there were no bots, or premium trails, only bullshit
Never went there again
Its just some smart business men sucking the allowance out of kids, these guys probable make tons of cash.
Its just like all those darkRP servers on gmod where you can donate to become an admin.
The owner probable gets so many of these "lol ur server sux" messages he has resorted to just saying "deal with it" and carrying on with his day, There's one thing that makes everybody's arguments agenst saiges.de invalid.

It's called premium yes. Most retarded server plugin ever. You hardly notice it until you get killed by someone who is racing around the map as engineer, placing multiple sentries, and killing you with a shotgun that fires twice as fast as a normal shotty.
Saigns.de servers has these plugins, and no matter how many of those servers I blacklist, there's always another server of them. Also, nightteam servers might have premium too.

I made my local server have multiple sentries for shits n giggles, but I can only shoot 1 sentry when Wrangling, and Wrangling multiple sentries was one of the main reasons I even allowed multiple sentries
