Can you explain why the spy is black in that comic?

What actually happens when someone is controlling a clone on RED, then RED wins the round, and everyone gets switched to BLU?

what exactly is the scouts scattergun? it looks to be a double barrel shotgun, with a Chicago Typewriter style ammo chamber, and a repeater rifle reloading mechanism. did you design the scouts weapon as well?
