I have the plans for a large underwater base... which we shall invade, seeing as it belongs to BLU. The only problem is that I'm unsure of the order in which to do things. If I just do the basics first, then I think "man this looks crap" if I put in lots of detail in room-by-room then I ultimately give up after I find some minor flaw.
