Okay, but throwing her own pee? That wouldn't be considered ladylike back in that time era at all.
But whatever, TF2's artstyle had been destroyed so I guess I shouldn't care.
Gender-swapped Sniper wouldn't be very "ladylike".
Hell, if you really stick to TF2 "canon" there would be a good chance of gender-swapped Sniper having more facial hair than normal Sniper.

I was thinking leg stubble with Muldoon shorts and a fanny pack.

So basically the female bug catchers in the early levels of the pokemon games?

Can you at least make her look like a respectable woman?
I mean, sniper looks completely fine, but he is insane.

No clue, I never played pokemon. I guess I'm that old.

Of course, that's something I always try to do.

Long days out in the outback…
I'm willing to bet she'd be a bushwoman in mores ways than one.
Oh my god, her eyes are finally looking at the player.
Thank you, Gerre, for point to me the extremely convoluted and silly solution. It kind of makes sense, in a backwards, "Source hates all progress in the universe" sort of way.

I also darkened the skin tone slightly, since it tends to get blown out in game. It's slightly lighter than the original character as a feminine touch, but not as pale as before.
I'm uploading a new version with all of these changes right now, as well as the lip synced sound files.
Except I'm having troubles with the hats? They're not placed correctly and some of them don't even appear like the Physician's Procedure Mask D:
I used a replacement for the physician's mask, since it conformed to his face and would be a huge pain to redo. So I switched it out with the old nurse's hat from my original model. It should be team colored, but the blue texture's not showing up in the editor. I don't have the hat, so I couldn't test it out in-game. I put the hat back in with the most recent version, so let me know if it works for you on both team colors. If not I'll just go back to the neutral colored one and call it a day. Not sure why you're having issues with the other hats, do you have anything else custom installed?
What a nice looking woman.
This is getting to the point where I would seriously consider having this in my game, even if I love the originals as much as I do. Spectacular stuff.
