I'll have you know that GIMP is a damn powerful tool. Practically as good as photoshop (just missing a few of the neat little bells and whistles like content aware fill and a few other things).

CS:S ragdolls have moveable shoulders.
I believe the L4D1 and 2 ragdolls also have moveable shoulders.
TF2 is the black sheep in the shoulder family.
