Having played World of Warcraft for 5 years, I feel I can safely say that TF2 would be thoroughly ruined if non-human races somehow managed to get added to it. This is why I got like half a page in and closed the window when I was looking at the War3 mod's website, because the entire thing is just dumb.
No offense meant if you play/enjoy/code the War3 mod. But it's pretty dumb.

Never heard of a War3 mod, but like I said, hopefully WoW and TF2 will hopefully never merge. Purple elf skin would fuck up the color coding, too. Not that the style mix would fit in any way either.
If they were going to do something like that, I'd prefer something like a Knight's helmet for demoman. Playing demoknight would become 10X more enjoyable.

I don't remember much about it, but as I recall it was like a perkmod style, just options you chose that gave you shit as you 'gained XP.' I don't even remember it that well, like I said it was pretty dumb.

I would think it would be almost overpowered, because it would (theoretically) have an unlimited range across the map. If a bird like that ever did make it into the game, it should have like a 2 minute cool-down time.

Don't you mean in terms of nationality? Cause the Sniper seems more like the sort of person to be able to tame animals like that, whereas the Soldier is a batshit insane war veteran
