It's good for both offense and defense, but as you said, each weapons is valuable, and demomen should use both stickies and grenades. There are also some demomen that only use the grenade launcher to prove they're so pro, that's dumb too.

If things were like that, TF2 would be way darker. It's not like that. I have to agree that they're not gay and buttfucking all the way, but seriously, you can't deny that some characters have a friendly personality with their teammates.
For example, the heavy has a lot of friendly lines regarding his teammates (Engineer, medic). I do think the heavy and the engineer are pretty sweet guys with their teammates, while both being completely insane.
The picture is the most part, true, but the words are a bit hard to make out on the classes.

My mind can't comprehend the speed one's spine would be ripped out at if he attempted anything gay with a group like the 9 classes from Team Fortress 2 in the late sixties
Also, the image mentions nothing about the characters not being friendly with eachother, just that they're not gay and fucking one another and giving clear reasons why thinking that they do is fucking dumb.
