Well, actually there's a good reason as to why his mouth isn't there.
Funny you should mention it really. You see, when I initially drew his mouth that's where it was placed first. I looked at it the way it was and realised he needed that 4 o'clock shadow,like the ones on all the good engineers. But the problem was, there weren't any ways I could come up with to have this beard drawn onto his face in such a limited and akward space, so in the end I just stuck everything down there.
Regardless, I like how the mouths looks in that posistion. I think it hits home a little closer to the Engy as it does the spies.
