What bothers me most about these kinds of comics is the anatomy of the TF2 characters.
Heavy has a massive torso with big long arms while is legs are tiny, if they're gonna try and do TF2 characters at least keep the anatomy partially correct.

You must've misread what I posted because I wasn't complaining about the characters having exaggerated characteristics rather then actual human anatomy. I was complaining that the artists aren't staying true to the character's anatomy

That is the artist using her own design. What if she can't draw the original Heavy? She has to make her own version.
I can't draw the heavy, so I would have to draw my own version of it, It may be tweaked a bit, but it's still the Heavy Weapons guy.
