Violet is used because it is acts as a middle man of BLU and RED... take a spray of a purple sniper for example... a BLU player might think it's RED from a distance, attempting to avoid it... and vice verse but it doesn't always work

Or, in my case, shoot two dozen arrows at it before you finally notice it's a spray when running past it with the intel.
I still don't know who sprayed that, but damn if it didn't fool the hell out of me.

To elaborate, there is simply no point in reading your comics, there's no hook. They're not funny, they're not interesting, they're utterly dull and boring. Soldier does this, scout does this, add bear. It's like watching another person do chores.
