I don't think any of them would think about sex while they're out killing people and fighting for their lives.
Aside from Demoman maybe, since his intoxication would perhaps allow him to be less focused on the seriousness of the situation he's in.

It's more of an interesting aspect to those who like to delve more into the possible unexplained personality traits of each character. The things that aren't mentioned in anything canon. It's fun to imagine what kind of things each of them are into in general and sometimes wondering about their sex lives is pretty interesting.
I wouldn't want to know EVERY aspect of their sex lives in full detail though because it would probably give me nightmares.
I doubt anyone would want to know that much.
