I just realized. People pointed out it looks like Tycho may be holding the Engineer's PDA. What if the cards, the PDA, and the Lugermorph are items that drop in the arena like in games like Super Smash Bros.?

the cards may be something to do with strong bad, for 2 possible reasons: in SBCG4AP, you can collect trading cards. no real use though. In one (or a few more) haloween episodes, the charachters play some card game.

Since it's developed by telltale, we can make the assumption that it's created with the Telltale tool, so things like fighting games are right out.
