We are planning to create a server with free courses for new players. I will create a map with useful tips on walls, but I need someone who could create some infographics.

Courses, as in obstacle courses and the like, with bots and stuff? I could help with that if you'd like, I need something to do.

Obstacle courses (like rocket jumping course), and camp-like courses with best coaches (best engineer coach teaching group of players at once).

I have some questions about coaching.
Can the person you're coaching read what you write in the chat? Do I get Professor Speks by coaching, if so how many do I need to coach?
I helped a newbie heavy go from last place, to top place in one of the valve servers, which was quite enjoyable.

Yeah, I was wondering if they could read what I type in chat too, since I kept giving my student advice and he appeared to either not see my text or be ignoring me.
I wanted to apply for coach's spot but after seeing 33 coaches and 2 students I guess I will have to pass.

What is coaching like? I've never done it before.
I coached some guy today, maaaan, he didnt even knew how to move...
In the end i told him to take pyro and do the W+M1 erryday anyday

One guy told me he was nooby at Sniper, I ended up teaching him how to airblast and FaN jump and use the SMG in close encounters.

From about 8 tries, i only coached 1 student...it load 2 blocks and then say connection failed after 4 retries...dont know whats the problem, probably some sort of bug, like server browser...i'm sure valve will fix it tomorrow
Try getting students on your friends list, then tell them to join your server when you join one. Works neatly.

It's kind of like spectating.
Your student has a green outline around him (think of the outlines in L4D) that can be seen through walls.
You can spectate your student through their first person view, third person view, or you can freely fly around like spectator except that you can't go a certain distance away from your student.
You aim and press either your left or right mouse button to tell them to "Defend" or "Attack" what you're aiming at, sort of like "pinging" in Portal 2.
You can also use 1 and 2 to tell them to go somewhere.
You can chat but only your student can read it. (I don't know this for sure, as every student I've had has ignored me)

Yeah, I'd imagine that becoming spectator in their server and telling them what to do in Steam chat works about the same.

That's awesome, be sure to have a tutorial on why W+M1 isn't how Pyro should be played. Everybody I've coached seem to think that's the way to play Pyro and while it can work switching to another weapon is more effective.
