Glad Valve changed it. I'd much rather have a medal that actually looks like a medal, rather than another medal that looks like one of those golden Pokemon cards given by Burger King back in the 90's.

That's been in there for quite a while. No idea why it hasn't been fixed yet.
It's there since the Hatless update. We can treat it as an official feature. :v:

I think everyone is forgetting the E-Mail that was given out. It said that they were gonna increase proficiency so everyone who is charging for high ping should think of something else.

Doesn't the entire TF2 economy run on this?
The fact that i won't get any of these awesome looking medals annoys me. I thought i would get the ETF2L participant medal atleast but i don't think i will because we only played one game then the leader and half the group abandoned us without saying anything. Anyone know if i should get it?
The new ETF2L medals kinda remind me of a mod I made way back..

It's been almost a year since the Artpass Contest ended, and a medal has been modeled for those participants for pretty much just as long.
Again, mappers get the short end of the stick.
