Still balanced though, it's a situational benefit that normally leaves you vulnerable as hell. 2fort being one of the very few exceptions to that.

And I think for one extra rocket and the ability to disable sentries, taking more rocket jump damage is somewhat balanced. It also takes slightly longer to reload I think it could lose the sentry gimmick and just go with the charge shot and extra rocket as the bonuses
I love disabling sentries and then destroying them with my shotgun, bonus points if you gib the engi first with a charged shot.
IMO Lasers and over-the-top effects like the ones belonging to these weapons just don't fit into the game's visual style. Weapon effects are usually far more muted and more 60s and these look sci-fi/Fallout 3.
I really think the Soldier should get a mask like the villain's veil as a misc, it'd look amazing with the new pith helmet.
They could tone done the particle effect of the projectile a bit. But the weapons itself just seem to fit somehow.

At the cost of hilariously useless downsides. Just treat it as you would the Rocket Launcher.
I wish people would stop bitching about the rocket launcher, it's a fun weapon but I guess that TF2 is all serious business.

Yeah, that's a pretty big thing even if you don't pay much attention to your ammo. The extra rocket and option to do the alt-fire is just even more on top of that.

Hopefully this isn't late but, I just got done playing some Dustbowl with a friend and he was on the opposite team ( blue ) only to get autobalanced to my team. When he was on our team he still appeared to be blue and when I would heal him no info would show up ( name, hp ) Then when I ubered him...
