If this is true, I think the tweak for the drop system could be what you already have you have a lower chance of getting, the effect getting stronger as you gain more of an item (As in 7 Kritz would make it very rare to get another until you get rid of them) and if you have a bunch of other items, the chance will raise for what you don't have like, you have every unlock except for the Sandman, you will have a drastically increased chance of getting one. This will work to an extent on the hats, but less than what it is for weapons. So if you're like me, with three of every unlockable, you'll have a higher chance of getting a hat than the other guy.

In TFC, CP was where you would have teammates take a flag and bring it to points. It just reminded me of it.
How would KOTH work anyway? It'd be exactly like CP, just make a CP map with the points on hills.

The longer you hold the hill, the more the team's counter goes down. When it reaches zero, they win.

Could, but I think a bigger map so you have to push the cart farther in either direction. This is a good idea though, but I can't really imagine a model for the payload that could work forwards and backwards.
Can't wait for the Soldier Update to come, even though it might not be next.
Also, notice that he says he found it about "a half an hour or so ago" (7:25 AM GMT-8.) The screenshot was taken at 4:25 PM his time, so assuming that it is true, he lives in GMT+1 (West Europe.) The post was made at 11:27 in the same time zone. Why did Valve notice this exactly five hours after it was posted?
