Dane Cook would only make a good Scout because he's an annoying dick.
If you're going to have ANY Bond as the Spy, it has to be one of the old ones. I don't think I've ever seen Sean Connery mask his accent without turning it British or Irish, so he's out. Take your pick otherwise, but it's still a shit idea to give any of these actors the role just because they played a Spy.
Hugh Jackman [i]might[/i] work as the Sniper, but every time I saw him on screen I'd think "Holy shit, it's Wolverine!"
Let's not even begin to insult for thinking Hugh Laurie should be the Medic because he played House.

Vin Diesel is too tall, for one, and I doubt he could do a Texan accent for two. Here's another case of you not even looking at the person's acting talent or abilities.
Tom Hanks as the Soldier? Really? He's fucking tiny. I've probably got broader shoulders than he does. Besides of which, I really doubt he'd still have the pipes to do a full movie in the Soldier bellow.
