I don't think "Post Your" Threads are allowed according to the rules, but my fav pack has got to be Things You Don't Want To Get Impaled With. The Syringe Gun is lame, the melee weapon is meh
The Medigun is really goddamn awesome
(Original version was really cool, too; too bad he had to get rid of the dynamic claw animation)
When I equipped the weapon for the first time I literally had to laugh for a bit like an evil genius because it felt so damn powerful and all the details looked so awesome. No other piece of equipment ever made me do anything like that, so my choice is obvious.
I would LOVE that medigun if it only spun while healing, it's to visually distracting how it is now.
Scout: Journalism
Soldier: Prototype
Pyro: Thief
Demoman: Reparation
Heavy: Battle-Worn Items
Medic: Field Medic/Frankengear
Spy: Essential espionage.
To be honest I really didn't like any of the Sniper or Engineer contributions. They just didn't work for me. The others should really have been introduced into the game, the ones that were simply don't cut it.

Added to the OP. Choose between the two medic polypacks.
any pack in particular?
Scout: Bellhop - Mnemosynaut
Soldier: Prototype - Ithoual
Pyro: Thief - Norron
Demoman: Reparation - crazy-g
Heavy: Making use of what's around you - OpethRockr55
Engineer: Electric - Shmitz
Medic: Heavy Duty Medicine - Y_M
Sniper: Outback Hunter - Ravidge
Spy: Essential Kit for Clean killing
That isn't the whole list, you're missing a fuckload including mine.
Mico27 got pretty lazy near the last few days of the contest and stopped updating those OPs.
You'd be best to go through this http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/List_of_Polycount_Pin_owners and pick them all out.
Scout: Suburban
Soldier: Viking
Pyro: Plane
Demoman: Good Ol' Days
Heavy: Alien
Engineer: Bigger is Better
Medic: Things you Don't want to be Impaled with
Sniper: Mad Max
Spy: Legacy

Don't think it even went anywhere, though. :/
The one which has a horribly underdetailed hat and no colours except #1D1D1D
Honestly my favorite pack was Buck's Battle-Worn Items and it's a damn shame that minigun hasn't been added yet
...and the Melee from the Communism pack.

Wow, thanks a lot! I did miss a lot and will add them to the OP.
Haha, the Cooking Papa is awesome. Id say thats my favorite.

why isn't this in game yet?
I like the Pyro V2 poly, Heavy Cooking PaPa, Medic FrankenGear and Spy Espionnage,
Added to the OP. Choose between the two medic polypacks.
It'd have to be the Frankengear.
I like the "kops" pack. Also the grenade launcher in "Good old days".
All these beautiful unused packs make me a bit mad.
A few of those engineer packs were nice.
too bad my pack will never get ingame... since valve dont want to use community custom animations :(

Because it looks boring as hell. Except the minigun, that's the only awesome thing in there.
A lot of those packs looked great and I still wish some of their stuff could be ingame, while others were stupid and didn't fit at all.
The Olympic one gave me lots of laughs when I saw it during the contest, especially since he was using Anim8tor.
Favorite picture from Olympic:

I say the baseball scout, it actually fits the character!
The cooking papa is good too, can't beat a good Glasha.
Also I think the poker spy was good, the disguise cards were brilliant.

Leave it alone. The guy was using some antique softwares.
Also, adding stuff to the OP.
Cooking Papa, Essential kit for clean killing/Legacy(but clean killing more). Can't look at the others now, but these are ones tightly gripped with my memory.

I remember helping with that.
the shotgun was originally going to have a shield on the right side, but we thought it would be a bit too much like the Iron Curtain.
cooking papa all the way
Plane pyro set and Suburban scout set. I've been wanting that scout set since manconomy came out.

Were the models released separately? I'd hex the shit outta them.
all is in the OP. Did I forget some sets?
I say the demopack with the kilt and cooking heavy are my favorites. I also like the suburban scout.
I remember seeing this pyro pack, its melee weapon was a waffle iron on a stick. I can't find it, but that was my favorite one.
