Are they craftable?
The Deus Ex Weapons? Yes. But the crafting recipes are expensive, each of them require at least a reclaiemd. I think the sniper requires 2.
The new engie Pistol thing destroys enemy's AND Allied projectiles.
Trolling ahoy.
Engineer's new Shotgun can completely empty a Engie teammate's dispenser in SECONDS just by holding down M1.

Anyways, I made a couple animated GIFs to show some things for people that don't use itemtest.
Sunbeams looks pretty different now.

The beams are waaay thinner than they used to be.
Also here's Stormcloud. Couldn't get bubbles and stuff to work on itemtest. That'll be fixed soon, maybe. Unless I was doing it wrong and there's a workaround to get them working.
That was when it got released.
He's referring to Human Revolution, not the original.
Am I the only guy that cant tell the difference between the Summer Shades and Specs? They both look like Aviators to me...
Can't say I've been having that problem; The Shades are normal sunglasses with yellow frames and black lenses, while the Specs are cybernetically bolted onto your skull with black "frames" and yellow lenses.
I see on the few first pages that the black & whites paints are now droppable. Want to know if it's real or not...
Apparently the complete promo pack for Deus Ex is selling for around 2 earbuds.
1. Buy Deus Ex: Human Revolution for 60 dollars
2. Trade items for 2 earbuds
3. Sell earbuds for 20 dollars each
4. ???
5. Profit! Or at least, you pay only 20 dollars for one of the biggest games of the year.
Seriously, fucking brilliant.
i'm disappointed in the short circuit, manly due to its lack of any effect when you shoot it bar a little kickback
i'm disappointed in the short circuit, manly due to its lack of any effect when you shoot it bar a little kickback
Damage on it sucks sure, but I was even more disappointed in it's lack of a taunt.
I don't feel like sifting through the last 10 pages.
The weapons sound interesting, and I like the storm cloud unusual effect.
New strange weapons are a bonus too. Does the strange Medigun rack up assists then? Jarate too?
Strange medigun counts both assists and ubers, to separate counters.
Strange wrench counts both melee and sentry kills, to separate counters.
Not sure about Jarate, but probably.
I really like the effects (how powerful the Spy revolver is we shall see, but I can already smell tons of complaints), sounds like you can play around with the mechanics a lot. I also dig the shades, too bad I won't get DX3 on Steam (because it's much cheaper else + comes with a physical copy).
But mixing Cyberpunk with 1960ies retrofuturism? Well at least they stylized them pretty well.
Strange Jarate... reminds me of that one comic... you know the one...

I find it incredibly useful, I'm curious what the crit cap is though...
I hope the original will have a cheap recipe like the cow mangler, and not something expensive like direct hit + a refined.
It has no real attributes that impact the gameplay,it shouldn't be expensive.
Close enough,2 scraps + a refined.

I hope Jarate has a count for fires extinguished as well as assists.
NEED STRANGE WEAPONS.
WTF! Valve fucks TF2 :(
What?

LOL, some faggot wants 4 keys for his strange medigun. Who in their right mind would pay that?!
Uno comprende?

Give it a few weeks, they will go cheap just like the scattergun. Now you can pick one up for around a refined.

I know that, but who would pay 4 times the cost of what he got for 1? The amount of greed in that trade proposal actually made me slightly angry.
These look cool.
Oh wait, new unusual effects to inflate the fuck out of the market. Fantastic.
KEYS 22.5 REFINED PLZ. (Calling it.)
Oh look, more horrendously expensive craft recipes. Whoopee.

They aren't too bad.

Better than fucking around trying to get 8 jarates.

I could tell from the amount of dark grey used.
