My youtube video's of me playing sniper have exactly the same bug.. Same thing when you spectate people, their dot is a little off too.
I'll give it a week at the most until it gets patched out.

in a world without the enforcer, the Diamondback would absolutely be my revolver of choice.
Destroying a nest no longer just means your team can move forward. It now transforms you into a 100+ damage a shot hitscan monster with a re-useable shield, and a disguise. Plus you still have backstabs. And that's without even using the exploit.

but the lack of no-scoping really hurts. i really don't know how to properly quick scope, and therefor can't defend myself against a medium-ranged threat.

Honestly, I am the first guy in any conversation to say that TF2's item obsession is too much and doesn't take itself seriously, but you went way over the top here.
I don't know about you, but I'd much rather have these Deus Ex items instead of things like a candy cane or dr. seuss hat. At least these are, you know, somewhat realistic (as in the TF2 shotgun is realistic, not like realism realistic).

If a hat is ugly I don't use it, if someone is wearing it I don't care, is not affecting how I play
