They're not really rafters, there's several spots where you can get in the Turbine Intel rooms that are on top of metal beams or tiny ledges that allow you to camp it pretty well.

I never thought Turbine was a good map.
Dustbowl is the best ever
Granary. All the way.
Badwater. All classes can do their thing on this map together. You rarely get a bunch of people playing as one class too.
