If I play with bots it goes down to 15-25.

That's because it's using your CPU to generate and command the bots.

Rebind your screenshot key to "jpeg".
Screenshots save as .tga's as they are a lossless image format.
It would be cool if they used this for the polycount sniper rifle or something.
