Boom Headshot - Shouted by FPSDoug during a video about him playing Counter-Strike and getting overexcited. A lesser meme that came from the same video was "Everyone knows you run faster with a knife" when he carries a knife while jogging, poking fun at the fact that your speed increases while carrying the knife in Counter-Strike.
C-Note's Bazooka - a young "gangsta" kid playing Counter-Strike goes hunting for an AWP, which he thinks is a Bazooka. At one point he finds one, only to get shot in the head immediately after picking it up.
Valve Time - basically a joke based around how long it takes Valve to do things.
Gabe is Fat/Ep3 delayed - self explanitory.
John Freeman - Originally a hilariously bad fanfiction that some guys picked up, read the aloud and reenacted in Gmod, then put on youtube.
