Obviously the scout update.
I was expecting Heavy to get a lot more votes.

Sandvich, which is a trade-off of being able to heal at virtually any time over your shotgun, Natascha which is a defensive gun that sacrifices damage for a slowdown, and the KGB which sacrifices a kill taunt and 20% attack speed for 5 seconds of crits on a melee kill. Thinking of just what they are right now, and nothing of what they were when first released, they're good side-grades.
I would like to see the Medic and Pyro updates to see what they would've been like if they had the same fanfare that the new ones have. But I voted for Sniper.
Flaregun is possibly the most balanced unlock in the entire game next to kritzkrieg.
Demoman The name 'demoman' implies demolition. If I uber them or provide them covering fire (depending on my class), I expect for them to take down enemy buildings, which most Demoman can no longer due because they've traded in their demotion tools for dragon slaying equipment. The Targelander combo is just too teamwork-unfriendly. Equiping them is basically saying "So what if I can't take down sentries or provide area denial anymore, I get to live longer."
Exploit fixes too bad there is no "Other" choice in the poll

i'd like the sniper to be changed .. i like the class and its my favorite and most played .. but i somehow feel that the only thing that makes a diffrence when playing is the huntman .. and itsnot enough .. both secondaries are allmost equally good .. but makes little diffrence in gameplay.. sowouldhave liked something else

Jarate can make a HUGE difference, even against a single target, it just takes intelligent decision making to tell when and where to use it. Similar to the Razorback, but it's more generally useful than that.
Scout, my main class. The FaN is decent enough and the sandman has it's uses but BONK is the most usless pile of garbage i have ever seen in my life, any scout i see using it gets raped by myself the second it wares of, it's a waste of a perfectly good weapon slot. Sniper and demo, giving them shitty overpowered gimmicky rage inducing faggotry weapons and items just to fuck everyone else off. I mean fuck sake the razor back? The spy's pretty much the only time a sniper dies if they aint shit.

Scout and Demoman. I just do not agree that the Demoman needed a new kit to make him useless at his job of demolitions and pretty useless at melee aswell.
Scout, heavy, and demoman. Natascha sucks ass while the FaN is still overpowered, demoman needs a comeplete redo.
I voted scout even though the point of that class is to troll the other team like a really annoying fly you just can't swat. Even though the original update pulled this off nicely the community did not approve.
Demoman because he needs more demo stuff and not the sword and shield.
Heavy. Natascha and KGB suck and add nothing to the class, and the sandvich took over a year to become truly useful. Also, the heavy needs something to make him better in general. Tied with that, Scout. FaN is okay, Bonk could be more useful/interesting, and the sandman really shouldn't be there at all, a stun mechanic just does not fit in an FPS.
Demoman, he didn't need a sword and shield, he needed hand grenades or the MIRV.
Proximity mines and/or scatterbombs would've been more fitting, probablys.
