With 1950 Hours of Gameplay that's a lot of hats.
I myself only got 2 hat drops,and crafted 2 hats for 900 hours of gameplay,almost half of your time.

It happens.
When the drop system came out I didn't get a single drop for 3 days.
I remember the old drop system. I felt so badass when I was one of the only snipers with Jarate. Good times. :frown:

Guys, I'm one refined away from being able to try for a random hat. What are the odds of getting one of the piles of Hatte? I'm hoping for the Modest Pile, but apparently the chances of getting one of them have been lowered by a lot?
They have the same chance as any other hat with 3 refined. If anything, they're not all that great. Then again, all hats aren't that great. :c
