I do not Idle, so I only have 2 hats that I got by random drop:

Not so bad, becouse the Fedora is one of the best hats and I play scout as principal class so the Batter´s Helmet is no that bad for me.
Now i´m saving to craft an specific hat for the medic or the demoman I don´t know yet =P

So, I haven't gotten any items/hats after 6-7 hours of playing, and I heard that some servers have settings that make it so item finding is disabled (they turn something on, that turns off). Is there a list of what a server needs to be to allow hat and item finding
Probably a really silly question, but I don't stay up to date with the news too much.
