I had a engineers cap before but i crafted it with the snipers yellow belt thing so then i got a pyro's beanie :D
only thing i idled for was the items to craft the yellow masters belt everything else was found during play, except the mirror i got that in a achievement server the day on the demo update and every time i died i kept getting 11 items but i didn't get anything and one of those items was the mirror after about 8 deaths i got the real hat :D. I love steam farts
I got the Bonnet last night from the random drop.
Last night, before I started Idling I had

-Other unimportant things in my backpack.
So, I got back on the computer and saw I found the Gunboats, big deal, I already have a pair. I know that it really gets stuck on the first item found if you don't click Ok. I press M and click back and proceed to open my backpack. There I see a Bonnet. Yes. Yes. Yes. so them I'm like "Can I get one more scrap metal" and then I see another fucking sandvich. Yes. So I take three sandwiches and make metal(I don't understand valves logic in that) and so now I've got
-Two Refined
-Three Reclaimed
I've got Three Reclaimed therefor I craft them to one more refined.
-Three refined

I just crafted a Demoman's Fro yesterday in the FP server.

Woke up to a Texas Ten Gallon this morning, it was my first item found so I probably found it yesterday.
Now I have, Engineer's Cap-Tough Guy's Toque-Texas Ten Gallon.
Crafted a fedora with 3 metals.
I somehow got a Billycock just now. I opened my inventory to craft my sandviches when i saw it.I didnt get any notification that i got that. No pickup panel or anything.:raise:
And i already have a Fedora :saddowns:
I am extremely close to making another hat, I can go ahead and craft away items I never use into another 8 scrap metal (I have exactly 2 refined right now, but I have 2 items for each class except Heavy and Sniper). If I get another Heavy weapon, I'll probably start crafting another refined.
Has anyone made a "hat" based off of Geordi's visor from Star Trek The Next Generation?
