It was a random drop.
My only hat is a Demoman's Fro, and I love it.
And I have a dumb question, how do I claim my backpack in the viewer?
It just says "view your backpack and press claim" or something, but how do I do that?
I don't see a way to find my backpack on the site, and there's no 'claim' button in game, so I'm all out of ideas.
