Why do people choose hats over weapons, almost everyone has hats but no weapons!It's ridiculos, at least keep one of the each type.:)

I crafted my Demoman hat this morning :( I was hoping for anything other than the 'fro but I got it. Oh well, I'll still use it. Just 3 more hats and I'll have a hat for every class.

Simplicity at it's best, it's a fine hat that doesn't break his character or look terribly out of place.

I find a lot of weapons useless/not as good as originals so I craft em and only keep the things I think are useful or what I want.
On a unrelated note, congrats Scotty you have the hat I want the most.

I was rather apprehensive about crafting my Medic Prickly and my Soldier's Pot, but I did it anyway.
I got a Modest Pile of Hat! It's good for the Pyro, but I'd rather have the Glove. (The Medic Prickly and Soldier's Pot were my only two hats.) Disappointing, really. In six scrap metals I'll be able to craft a hat, but I'm going to save my metals for a Pyro hat.
All I want to do is jiggle my Glove in the spawn for people. :ohdear:
I`m supprised how well the trick is working for me. Before when I idled I wouldn`t get anything now I get like 2 items a day. No hats though :saddowns:
