I idle at 400 x 400 resolution, windowed, in -dxlevel 80 with a FPS config.

Yeah, I still need to find the server Sift is on, and if its noglass or ff on, decap time.

If by normal settings, you mean your usual TF2 settings and graphics and alt-tab, no. I spec, then alt-tab. Just right now, I am actually "playing" TF2.

I think the hats I do get when the random shit decides to be friendly is dependent on either odd numbers, or waiting a good amount of time. Really, I got 2 regular hats, the glengarry bonnet(dunno the name that well), and the picklehuabe. Still, I wouldn't mind a modest pile of hats(or the tower one, but that is when hell freezes over).

Or its entirely random and keychain and sift are lucky, very fucking lucky.

I've always wanted to buy a wide brimmed fedora, even before TF2. I would look like a douchebag if I wore it, though, so I won't buy one.
I would never be able to pull it off.
