1 class less,now I need to get hats for Spy (Had fedora before),Pyro (I really want his hat),Scout (Had bald scout twice,crafted them away) and Engineer (Had Mining Light before).
All I need is a Soldier hat, that's what I'm going for next!
Then after I'm probably going to try to get all hats.

I started out planning on getting a hat for every class, then realised that all of snipers pretty much suck other then the panama and yellow belt, so figured it's not worth my time.

You can idle forever and not get a single hat.
Since finding one is random, it's luck.

You have 3.5% of getting hat every 4 hours and 20 minutes,and that number doesn't stack up.
You have a much much MUCH higher chance of recieving that hat than somebody who only plays TF2 for a few hours every few days, and never idles.

Blame valve for the way random drops encourage idling. Having TF2 run in the background is more attractive than not running it at all, and running it is all that matters with the drop system so people will do it.
