Oh you would be ten times worse than me if you received 70 items in total of 3 weeks idling. You turn on your PC,you come back 3 weeks later,and find 70 items,0 found hats. That is 520 hours,and you get one item per 7.5 hours. Pretty legit to me.

dzonint you do remember valve said they were going to make idling less effective/exactly as effective as regular gameplay? Maybe they did and that's why you're experiencing slow drop rates.
