When you look at your loadout and theres a spy disguised as you that cloaks, your character in the loadout will cloak and only the weapon will be visible. This happened to me today.
Don't know if this is what really happened but suddently my character in the loadout just cloaked, and when I killed the spy it was no longer cloaked.

It should be there from the start. I mean, it isn't exactly rewarding to find -1 of something. Besides, it's strange that you have to FIND something which really could just exist if the character just took their headgear off.
Today I noticed that nobody got telefrag'd. I was a spy and I took an Engie's teleporter and we both got stuck in each other.
I'm 99.99% sure that it is a bug.

There is a bug where people spawn in the opposite side sometimes in arena. Pretty funny.
